Phone came as pictured, not a scratch on it. The seller even sent all the original packaging that came with the phone the 1st time. They were great with communicating with me on every step they made. And the packaging showed alot about the care given to make sure the customer buying has a chance to receive the item in the same condition it was said to be in. If ever a need and they had another item needed for sell I'd buy from them again!
