The phone came quick and was packaged very well. The condition of the phone was exactly as described and photographed by the seller. I'm very happy with this purchase and as a bonus, a case was included, and that case already had a small metal plate attached, so I could immediately magnet-mount in my car. The phone works great. I live in the St. Louis area on top of a hill - I could see Alaska! (if it wasn't for the curvature of the earth) I transferred service from Virgin Mobile to T-Mobile. (2 of the kids have T-Mobile so I am trying it also.) The phone calls were dropping even in the backyard. I thought the phone was bad. My kids told me T-Mobile signal was bad at the house. I tried the phone 5 miles north - Awesome!!! Data - Blazing Fast!!! Since I work in St. Louis and have wireless APs around the house, it's perfect.
