The product was received. This item does not work as intended. Battery life is horrible. Sim reader does NOT!!! work. Requesting refund!!

Purchased long time ago, used sparingly, but microphone does not work for phone calls. They can't hear me.

False description. Returned at last.

Took much longer to handle then expected and got refund instead.

I purchased this phone in february. By April i started having ghost touch issues and now the phone has an unresponsive black screen. Definitely a waste of my money.

tested the phone good so far, but heats up pretty quick and battery DIES OUT REALLY QUICK altho it's at 95%. Listed as "Good Condition" which NOT, has heavy mark on the top bezel. Was not mention none of those cons. However, good packaging, fast shipping.

Issue: Third-Party Parts; iPhone recently broke and sent to Apple Repair, where they found that the phone found had parts replaced with third-party/non-apple parts.

The battery quality is terrible. It loses one percent every couple of seconds.

This phone has not worked since day 1. Software issue. Have tried updating software and restoring the phone but still not working. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Cell received in poor condition, and touch screen do not work. !

No charger arrived with device even though a charger was listed as part of the sale. Communicated with the seller that charger not received and many weeks later and charger still has not been received.

Phone was previously owned by a smoker and smelled awful. An important unmentioned detail for a product whose normal use requires putting it to your face and inches from your nose. Seller should have mentioned in product description that phone smelled so badly of smoke. The smell was so pungent that the box the phone was shipped in was even tainted with the smell of smoke. I had to throw away the case, because of the smoke smell and thoroughly cleaned the phone 3 or 4 times but could not get rid of the smoke smell.

I would not recommend buying from this seller. Swappa needs to adjust its selling policy to require sellers to state if their phone stinks of cigarette smoke. A phone should not be able to qualify for good or mint quality if it smells like a filthy smokers lung.
