Received tablet that would not charge properly. Communication with seller took days for responses. Had to open PayPal claim to start the return/refund process. Still dealing with trying to get refunded almost two weeks of the initial reporting of the defect.

In great condition as shown but is having a hard time with games. Not playing them but basically what I nedded???? And will not charge even on a new charger. So basically I'm stuck with crap. finally found a larger charger that CHARGED IT BUT NOW IT JUST PLAIN DOESNT WORK. I wish swappa would not email you and insist you complete sale as soon as its received. and now I cant get money back or a new one. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Bought it, takes days to fully charge, contacted seller, ghost town response up to this day the seller is happy to fan their self with my money knowing that my device is faulty. I don't know if other reviewers bothered in transferring their disappointment here because well, it won't bring their money back, but hopefully people read this before buying ANYTHING from this retailer.

- They will not get back to you if your device is faulty
- They won't even bother to answer you when you have an inquiry

Now I can barely use this device more than twice a week, shame too since it has decent specs. Don't ever buy from a retailer with no face and that doesn't comment anything except when negotiating.
