This was a first time sale for the seller so I will forgive that the typical Swappa rules regarding shipping windows (and what the definition of "new" is, since the seal was broken on the PS5 box) were not followed. Please learn from this experience for next time so that your listing is more accurate. But this overall was a bargain and ended up working out for what my needs are, so that's why ultimately this seller gets a thumbs up.
