The device does have a small dent in the lower body area, but everything else seems to work properly. Not sure if this would have affected my purchase, but would have been nice to know. Everything else seems to work just fine. Great phone for my daughter.

Item arrived today (tuesday July 26, 2016) by insured USPS.

Condition is as advertised (mint) with all accessories listed. all appear extremely well cared for to still look this nice. transferred sim card from old phone and everything works perfectly (ran the checklist). will work on the hot spot functionality, but other than that am extremely satisfied with this purchase, the seller's willingness to try and help with my concerns, and Swappa's assistance regarding the activation delay in my paypal account.
