T-Mobile locks the phones to their network and it is beyond difficult to get them unlocked. The seller and I worked together to get this locked issue resolved. He was very responsive to my messages and tried his best to get TMoble to resolve the issue. Fortunately, I decided I would get a better deal at TMobile and switched phone services. I doubt we could have ever gotten this resolved since their CS was sure they unlocked it but the Verizon SIM would not work and their website still showed it as locked. He is a great seller and I would buy from him again.
