Waiting on response from seller, seems to be a problem with serial number on recent purchase.

Received a phone that did not function. After hours of troubleshooting with T-Mobile, they determined that the phone IMEI was blocked. This seller has not replied to any emails from me, nor Swappa, nor PayPal. I ultimately had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money refunded. BIG hassle having to live without a phone for several days and without my money to buy another one

My phone has been blocked by the provider for there being an outstanding balance on the phone sold to me. Seller did not refund money like promised had to go through PayPal to receive refund.
