Shipped me a falsely advertised phone, upon trying it out I request a refund. Claimed it was damaged and couldn't charge when I had it out of the box for an hour tops before Verizon informed me it was not a Verizon phone. I put it back in the box and shipped it back exactly how it was. Horrible experience. Do not recommend
