Ordered the phone on the 7th heard nothing from seller for a week. Didn't hear back until I opened a paypal dispute. Seller said problem was family issues which is fine, but he didn't communicate this until the dispute. I then wanted a refund and it took the seller a week to log into paypal and issue the dispute even after explaining how to do it and several accounts of communication. Leaving me without the $200 I spent for the product and a phone for nearly 2weeks
