Honestly the guy barley says anything to you, doesn't seem too friendly. I can say the phone is as he says. I can't say if its brand new or not. It appears to be brand new yet there was hair under the factory screen protector. Honestly still a 8/10 on the phone. What irritates me the most was the packaging. 1300$ phone and its just sitting in a box, no stuffing or anything. Very upset with that, and if you like yours stuff loose and not insulated in the middle if winter (phone was freezing right out the box) then i'd go somewhere else. If that doesn't concern you then the phone works fine.
