Great communication and honesty on the sale. Craig realized that there were some scratches on the screen of the iPhone that he had not mentioned in the listing and was quick to let me know about them before he sent me the phone, and also offered a partial refund for them. He also made himself very available to help walk me through any problems I encountered. All in all, the iPhone is great and I would definitely do business with Craig again.
