This transaction has been a nightmare. The product received was not as described (Large scratch/crack on the screen, but noted as Good Condition). Also, the accessories were not included with the device, and the device was dirty. I reached out to the seller, who responded that they "forgot" the accessories, but tough luck on everything else. They then became totally none responsive until a Paypal dispute was opened. They then promised to send the missing accessories, which never arrived. I had to escalate all the way through paypal, and have finally been able to return the device. I am shocked how unproffesional this seller is. I would recommend you avoid them at all costs.
