great seller. The phone arrived earlier than expected and in great condition. Due to a defective charging cable i was afraid there were problems with the device and they offered me the option to refund me the repair costs (besides the option to return it for free and get a refund). After changing the cable i can say that the phone is working perfectly and that the seller is absolutely recommended.

Measure of good customer service is not when things go right, but when they go wrong. Ordered Iphone that came on time and in the general state depicted on the website. However, found out when we tried to activate that it was programmed for AT&T, not Verizon. Even though this was a "miss" on my part in the ordering, CRP Mobile staff were sympathetic and helpful, agreeing to allow me to return the phone and receive a full refund. They walked me through the process on the front end and then swiftly and completely refunded the sales price when they received the phone back. I am just sorry that they didn't have a Verizon compatible phone to sell me as I would definitely do business with CRP Mobile again. Big Thumbs Up.
