Seller shipped wrong item, had to ship back and wait for seller to get phone and then wait again to get correct item.

Phone kept discharging even when turned off. Took it to Apple and they said they couldn't fix but gave me a replacement phone for the price of a battery change $50. Worked out in the end but a hassle

Arrived on time and psychically in good condition

Phone in overall excellent condition as described and quick shipping, however not fully unlocked. Required some further communication with seller and additional effort to get it fully functional.

The phone arrived in condition as expected. However the profile said that shipping would be no longer than 2-3 days, but the phone arrived after 5 business days.

2.5 months later, phone is dead for no reason. Phone is very warm. Replaced battery from Battery Plus, and was told the board might be bad.

Never responded to address a problem, leading to a PayPal dispute.
