Communication with the seller at first was challenging but once we started to communicate things went smoothly. The device arrived in great shape. Packaging was unconventional as it was sent in an untaped box using hand gloves as wrapping. Once again, the product is in great shape.

The device was not in the condition that was originally denoted within the sale page (likely damaged in transit), however after reporting this to the seller, we were able to work out out an arrangement to return the device and ultimately receive a full refund. The breakdown of my rating is as follows: for arriving in a condition worse then what was originally listed I deducted four stars (from the total of five possible stars), however because the seller accepted responsibility for the damage received and aided in working out an arrangement to return the device for a full refund, I added back two stars. Other notable aspects of this sale: the package arrived on time, and included all accessories that were promised.
