Thank you for shipping the Note4 out immediately. It was well packaged and arrived enclosed in a clear casebag, bubble wrapped and taped in a bubble wrap-lined envelope. very secure and reassuring. i would have definitely given an easy 5 stars, but it was disappointing to discover that the "flawless screen" as described had a very visible and deep scratch in the glass. I wouldn't go as far as calling it a crack on the glass because the bezels around the device, it's housing and all other areas of the phone are in mint condition and do not show any signs of the device being dropped.

When the device is on, the scratch is barely noticeable and not a distraction when using the device. Only when you touch that area of the screen. Everything else came as listed, Again, the only reason i hesitated to put a full 5 star rating was the screen, if you would have mentioned the scratch i would have expected it and not been as disappointed.
