Sent a "mint" I phone with a significantly degraded battery. Immediately approached the seller with the info on the same day that the phone was received with the picture of the message on the battery app, and she completely denies it, claiming " I do not feel that this is an issue on my end, seeing as though I don’t know what has occurred since the phone has been in your possession." I had just received the phone and had only attempted to charge it. Not good at all.

We had one minor hicccup that the seller quickly assisted with resolving. Thank you for a purchase that I feel good about.
