Item wasn't only in "good" condition--it was like new. Highly recommended seller who was patient as my senile parents apparently didn't use correct charging cable. Please use Swappa rather than big retailers as factory sealed can't be returned since box and all contents have different serial #'s. Thanks again, sorry for any refund worries, and best wishes. It works perfectly.
