First off, I was very hesitant about buying a phone online (or any large purchase for that matter) from an individual. I had never used Swappa, but I've been keeping an eye out for awhile. Secondly, this seller only had three prior sells, so I was iffy about that even though they were all 5 star ratings.

Let me say, I had a wonderful experience with Jay in purchasing this phone. It came as described, it had not been opened, and was still in the original packing. I had no issues activating it. We chatted some and I was given extra details about the phone...everything was spot on, seamless, and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing anything from them again.
