He shipped the phone right away and it was in perfect condition. After the phone was shipped, he made note of it and gave the tracking number right away. I am very satisfied with the seller. This was my first time spending more than $30 on an online purchase. I am not sure what went wrong initially, but some how I was charged $800 on this listing. I was worried at first but Kevin's proactivity for refunding my double charge reassured my woes.
