phone arrived in good shape as predicted before noon, yesterday, the 3rd. frankly, I could not see a scratch or ding anywhere on it. from excessive caution, I spent couple of hours at nearby Verizon shop getting it set up. most of the time was spent with dealer having to wait on phone for technical assistance. oddly, two phones, nokia Verizon 928 and 929, use minutely different sim cards. anyway, it now works fine, looks great. thank you.
