I give Andrew T a positive rating. The item was tampered with during shipping (NOT Andrew's fault) and I did not receive the item ordered through this transaction. However, once Andrew and I shared photos, shipping info, etc. it quickly became apparent that the package was tampered with vs any issues with Andrew or myself. Andrew worked tirelessly with Fedex (not his usual shipper) to investigate and initiate a refund. His communications were frequent and thorough and he refunded my money as soon as Fedex paid him. i highly recommend buying from Andrew T! Thanks again, Andrew and sorry this was such a pain. Happy New Year!
