Seller sold laptop off platform after I bought it, then refunded via a different method than purchase, which took days longer than a voided sale would have. Update: after seeing my rating the seller sent me an insulting email and posted a 1 star review on a totally unrelated business I own that he has never frequented. Buyer beware.

Great and prompt attention from the seller, the delay on shipping was on the carrier's side; seller did ship expeditiously. Great product in mint condition, just as described!
