Everything arrived intact and well packaged, like it came from the factory. The minor cosmetic damage listed on the sale page was practically nonexistent to my eyes, which I appreciate my man being humble with his wares. The Xbox runs smoothly, and the controller feels better than new, like it was blessed with holy magic before being shipped. I also appreciate the magic spell the seller casted to make it arrive quicker than anticipated. 10/10
