Phone received as described but arrived very late. I advised the seller of best postal shipping carriers for our area per their request. Unfortunately that advice wasn't taken and we did not receive the device for almost 2 weeks. This was not ideal as we were without a device for an extended period of time while we waited for the shipment. I would encourage researching more reliable shipping options and the use of pirate shipping.

Screen has bubbles in it and makes a cracking sound when I fold it closed
