I paid $230 for an iPhone 11 on March 9th. It was shipped on March 13th & I received it a few days later. In the middle of the night on April 21st, I woke up to check the time on my phone at about 3am. It was still sitting on the charger, fully charged, & seemed to work fine. Woke up again about 6am to check the time & the phone would not do anything. Black screen, does nothing. The screen no longer even comes on. Makes no noises. Nothing. I don’t know if the phone is on & just the screen is no longer working or if the whole phone just died. We tried every trick to get it on & nothing worked. All the button tricks, charged it for hoursss (again). It is now April 27th & no one has offered to help to fix anything, refund me, I am lucky to receive 1 reply every other day that offers absolutely no help. Save yourself ALL the trouble & stay far away from here!!
