Posted picture of small crack in screen that wasn't noted prior to sale and shouldn't allow for device to be listed as "Mint" condition. Left a message regarding issue but received no feedback. Sale was completed by swappa due to too much time passing I think. Will just have to keep in mind in the future to avoid sellers of this type, choosing to deal with people willing to resolve concerns and make for a fulfilling exchange on both ends of the transaction.

I paid $230 for an iPhone 11 on March 9th. It was shipped on March 13th & I received it a few days later. In the middle of the night on April 21st, I woke up to check the time on my phone at about 3am. It was still sitting on the charger, fully charged, & seemed to work fine. Woke up again about 6am to check the time & the phone would not do anything. Black screen, does nothing. The screen no longer even comes on. Makes no noises. Nothing. I don’t know if the phone is on & just the screen is no longer working or if the whole phone just died. We tried every trick to get it on & nothing worked. All the button tricks, charged it for hoursss (again). It is now April 27th & no one has offered to help to fix anything, refund me, I am lucky to receive 1 reply every other day that offers absolutely no help. Save yourself ALL the trouble & stay far away from here!!

iPhone was not unlocked like stated in listing and had to return for refund. It took 3 weeks since seller was made aware of issue to get a refund.

Phone was broken and glitchy; slow response time from seller. Waiting for item to be received by seller for a refund.

Seller took almost two weeks to issue refund. It was finally issued 5 days ago, but their e-check still hasn’t cleared their bank. I’ll be happy if I ever even get this refund for a item seller has had in their possession for over a month.

Check failed, refund still has not been issued as of 2/25. Worst experience I have ever had buying off of Swappa. I would not recommend this seller.

It was only because of Paypal that I am getting a complete refund. It took two months, and a lot of time wasted back and forth. Seller tried to take a portion of the refund out of the total for a "restocking fee", even though phone was broken and returned promptly. If you consider buying from this seller, use Paypal, so if anything goes wrong you will have a leg to stand on.
