Perfect phone. Received quickly

I purchased the phone and seller cancelled. From the comments I had read on the public sale page someone offered to trade him another phone so he cancelled on me after I had already paid. He did apologize, but it took me 3 days to get my money refunded to make another purchase because of the transition between my bank and Paypal. I felt he should have took the sale down immediately if he was not willing to sell, but 2 starts because he did apologize.

Refunded buyer rather than fulfill sale.
