Seller is not quick to respond to inquiries. Also packed the box with no padding whatsoever. The phone was sitting at the bottom of the box with all of the chargers and cords shaken about.

Everything arrived in good order and (mostly) as described. (The seller missed the fact that his cat had munched on one end of the power cord--still functional, but visible teeth marks). The phone itself and case were as described. I deducted a star because the item was not shipped within the time period specified by Swappa and the packaging was pretty flimsy. (The original box was just placed inside an unpadded cardboard USPS Priority Mail envelope. One corner of the box tore thru the envelope.)
