Overall communication needs to be improved from this seller. His products seem to be fine and matching the description but he could do so much better communicating the concerns of the customers. I would have given him a 5 star or more if he could have made a better effort in responding my questions in a timely manner.

Awesome seller and awesome device

Do not trust this seller. He creates a shipping label then says he's going to ship it but he doesn't. He is so full of BS. What a waste of time. Do not Trust this Seller.

Device was exactly as advertised. Came in a sealed box that was unopened. Device turned on and works well. However, shipping information was given as a shipping label had been created - the device was not shipped until 4 days after. I did inquire about the tracking because it had not updated, but did not receive a response.

Only 4 stars because the phone came with a third party charger and usb cable. Other than that the phone itself is in excellent condition. Shipping was reasonable.

If there were an option for negative stars for this seller I would most certainly have chosen it. I would strongly not recommend using this seller. He does not list the phone conditions properly and does not handle any issues. I now have to dispute the transaction with PayPal.

Tablet was received in like new condition and fully functional as the seller stated. Seller listed 16GB mSD card to come with tablet, never received this. Seller stated 2 to 3 day fast shipping and provided a tracking number on the 1st business day after purchase but according to tracking, the seller waited 7 days to actually hand the package to the postal service. I found it difficult to get a timely response to my questions to the seller regarding shipping of the item. I will avoid using this seller again.
