The phone itself came in as expected with no deformities or hardware issues. However, I need to replace the screen protector as it was not applied perfectly. Another caveat with my purchase, is that the charger which came in my package was not the one shown in the listing. Instead of an HTC charger, I got a LG one instead. While you can use the same charger for multiple devices, you probably shouldn't.

Yes the phone is in good physical condition and yes you said it was running running cm11, but what you didn't disclose is that you screwed up installing it and now has a glitch that renders it useless because the keyboard is not working along with several other programs. Probably a bad install I am guessing. Something you should have disclosed.
