The laptop was not packaged properly. There was a large amount of empty space within the packing box allowing the laptop to slide around everywhere. This is a very costly item so packing cushions/peanuts should be placed to minimize damage.

Joseph shipped the items really fast and was reachable.

The seller was incredibly communicative about every step in the process. He kept me posted on shipping notifications and even helped me to resolve an error that I was receiving when trying to make a payment. Product was brand new, as described, and definitely worth the time. Would purchase from this seller again without question.
