Terrible experience. Received phone with a crack in the back glass. Seller took zero responsibility, denied it, and then tried to blame me for it. I notified them within a couple hours of receiving the phone. You really need to check the phone better, Swappa doesn't even allow phones with cracks in front or back glass to be listed. Potential buyers: find another seller!
