Shipping was quick. The phone did not meet the "NEW" criteria but I decided to keep it. It clearly has been activated/used and has some hardware issues that I am following up with Nokia warranty about.

the phone was not 100% MINT, there was some minor scratches here and there, i prefer to rate as VERY GOOD, and he didn't ship the OEM headphones in addition to that he shipped the phone with a MINI USB cable and not a MICRO USB cable !!!!! otherwise it is a good deal

The buyer shipped late(Monday while the payment was made on Thursday). The Phone works well so far, it is not as perfect as described by the seller:
At the top left there is a few dent on the aluminum surface.
There is no UPC & serial label is absent on the Box (there are signs someone tore them off) or phone, making the it impossible to return for warranty
The speaker occasionally produce pop/crackle sound.
