Shipped within 2 and a half days. Phone came in "like new" condition. It wasn't for me so I can't provide too much feedback other than that it gets very hot. Other than that... Straight Sale of what was offered. Seller needs a tad bit more urgency about shipping packages soon as possible. Still gonna give em 5 stars.

Item description was quite a bit off. Screen has "normal" wear, but not what I would call "9.8/10". Not bad enough to make me not want to keep it, but not the quality that I have come to expect from Swappa devices. I would have listed the screen as 8/10.
