The seller had the tablet I bought listed as New (resale). Swappa's definition of New is that it should have no signs of use. After taking it out of the packaging, it was apparent that it had been used at least somewhat as the glass was covered in fingerprints and smudges. If they had bothered to clean it up, it probably could have been listed as Mint condition, but it definitely should not have been listed as New. The price I paid was still an acceptable price for a Mint condition tablet, so I didn't send it back or anything. The seller should learn though that there are many buyers on Swappa who expect strict adherence to the condition standards and it's best to be completely honest in your listings.
