Product came in expected time frame. Product was in expected condition. Seller was prompt in providing information. Product did come pre-configured with admin account. Password to said admin account was not provided until asked for.

Item was received in the condition described but had a slightly different model number than the listing: received a carrier unlocked device rather than factory unlocked. Decided to keep item anyway but seller required intervention from Swappa before acknowledging there was a problem. Good communication, would buy from this seller again.
