From the listing description, I thought this computer was pretty new. He said he only used it for about a month. But upon starting it up I had some issues with it and had to contact support. They were unable to solve the issues, and told me the warranty was expired and that the computer had probably been purchased over a year ago.

Microsoft is currently in the process of helping me do a recovery on the computer, but tell me it will most likely need to be replaced. Thankfully, they are giving me a grace period for that.

Overall, I feel the description was misleading, and the product does not work as expected.
