I purchased an iPad Pro Gen 4 on the Swappa website December 3. It was supposed to be sent within 2 business days, but wasn’t. Contacted seller on December 5th. He apologized, made a UPS label, but never delivered device to UPS to be sent. I’ve attempted to contact him multiple times, but has not sent the device this far. Contacted Swappa, who recommended notifying PayPal. Followed their process without resolution, now have to escalate the matter with PayPal. This will take up to 30 days to resolve. Do not recommend purchasing from this individual!!!!!
