Worst purchase i have ever made on swappa seller did not state that the device had a china ROM which has blocked the google play store and services and i am now stuck with a not fully functional phone. The seller stopped responding and allowed Paypal to make an unfair decision because he did not want to take ownership for which he advertised as fully functional.
