Listed item was marked as "mint" condition, however upon receiving the item there were visible scratches on the screen, as well as permanent images burned into the screen image. I was able to get the screen replaced under warranty, however the fact still remains that the phone was listed as mint condition, and it was most definitely not. All is well that ends well though, the seller was willing to help resolve the matter though and offered to pay for replacing the screen, if it wasn't covered under warranty.
