Device had issues, seller agreed to a return and the buyer sent the device back. Once the device was returned, the seller stopped communicating forcing the buyer to file a dispute to recover the funds.

Seller was very prompt in shipping the phone and the phone was in great working condition. Everything listed came as described. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Wow. I am impressed with Whitney's response time. My daughter has already referred someone directly to her! We received the phone today and had no issues getting it activated. The box's numbers did not match the phone, but that is no matter. Carriers activate based on the phone's data. Her description was accurate. Again, outstanding work by Whitney. I encourage any and all to use her services.
