Only reason for a 4 star is because I had a problem with tracking. Seller dropped item off (same day as purchase) in a drop box instead of a counter, so it was not scanned in at all. It arrived as 2-day shipping. I would have just like to know when it was coming as I was supposed to be able to check the shipping with the tracker. Otherwise, it was a O.K. sale. It arrived on time and arrived as described EXCEPT-- there is a bunch of crud in the front facing camera. It does work but has a glare on it and is not as clear as it should be..... It was activated with no issues. Phone functions and it looks great for a used phone. That dirty front facing camera does urk me a little though as I do use it for FaceTime with family overseas....... I will be asking how to get that cleaned..... Smooth transaction. Happy with speed of receipt.

A few more Nicks and marks than expected, this is a really used phone. Looks like the screen has been replaced at least once, it looks too good on that frame, not a single scrach on it. Other than that everything works and the price is right.

The phone did NOT work on the Sprint network as advertised and I had to trade it in for another phone and they only gave me $200 credit for the phone. The phone was fine cosmetically, but again the phone was advertised falsely about the network it worked on and instead of the hassle of returning it I traded it in. Please check to make sure your listings are correct. This was still a hassle because now I have a monthly $25 added on that I did not want that is why I attempted to buy this phone in the first place.

Phone came the way it was listed, but USB cable was missing and she never reply my message. Just bought one in ebay. Don't want to stress out of this, but I got a little sad about the missing USB Cable. :/
