Very unprofessional. After a month being told it has been shipped and several excuses. Seller would not provide a tracking number, citing its invalid since package is "lost" which is irrelevant. Still did not provide the tracking number after being asked many times by me and swappa staff, for proof of shipment. In the end nothing was ever shipped out. Even had the audacity to say he filed a insurance claim and if the package ever arrived that I could keep it. Stop the lies and just be upfront!
