Pictures didn't fully document scratches on screen and sides. Description wasn't completely accurate (wasn't original box) and advertised case was damaged. Packaging was poor (phone box only in USPS priority mail envelope) and seller communication was intermittent on swappa page (i.e. phone was shipped but needed reminding to update on swappa). However phone was functional and good enough in appearance.
