My experience was neutral. I received the item very quickly, that was appreciated. I looked over the pictures and a charger was shown to be included but didn’t realize it was unoriginal. This adapter though did not allow the switch to display on the TV, which is not fully functional as specified per good condition. Seller proposed to ‘meet me halfway’ so to speak offering to send me an adapter if i paid the shipping or give me a partial refund. I opted for the refund which he granted including admonitions that I should have looked at all the pictures.

The seller was kind to drop the price a little. The shipping was fast. I thought the phone and second screen worked. However, I was dealing with a lot in my personal life and I didn't switch over phones or complete the swappa checklist yet. I had barely used the new phone and when I went to do the tests the second screen was functioning in a funky way. It would turn on, but have lines and a lot of burnout, then turn off completely. I notified swappa and the seller asked for a settlement. However, was told that the warranty was up and that it was my fault that the screen didn't work by the seller. I tried to get the swappa team involved and again ask what could be done. The seller refused to budge or give any further discounts. This was not a good experience with the seller. The condition listed at sale time was incorrect. If the phone is supposed to be in mint condition then the second screen should be functioning properly. Otherwise phone condition and description should reflect that!
