Phone arrived correctly. But not in the actual conditions.

Prompt shipment, packaging left something to be desired. Bubble wrap and an envelope is not the most effective way to send a 5" slab of glass over USPS.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 and the device was in great condition, as described, and it was mailed out, with tracking, the day I ordered it.
It did, however, include a wall charger that didn't work(although the usb cord did), but that is such a small portion of the price, and I had others.
Good sale good deal.

Device stopped working after first day. Seller stopped responding to my request to return it. Had to file claim through paypal.
