He is likely the worst irresponsible seller I have ever encountered. The watch was received with his personal information still on it and pin locked. And upon trying to factory unlock it if was also reactivation locked which rendered the watch unusable. The seller had trouble understanding (couldn't really read) the rules of swappa and refused to provide/reimburse for return shipping. And to avoid paying for shipping he tried saying he had the rights to refuse my refund (again can't really read). At the end he forced me to have to deal with Samsung to get the watch unlocked. The watch was purchased on September 21st and had just gotten the watch back from Samsung. Worst seller ever! Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this person. Save yourself from some headache!!
