The only criticism I would levy is that the phone was just mailed in a USPS bag in its original Motorola box. No protection, padding, etc. The phone seems perfect and functions flawlessly, I just work for the postal service so I know how packages are sorted, etc, so I wouldn't have minded seeing it in another box with some bubble wrap. Other than that, 5 stars! Thanks!
